HOW TO ENTER

• Firstly, please register online or if you have registered before log on.
• Following registration you will receive an email with both a password and log in details which is unique to you. You can also request a password reminder.
• You will also be able to log in and amend any entries and save your work as you go along so that you can come back and complete it later
• Have a look at the categories and decide which are the most suitable, making a note of the criteria detailed within description
• As you go through the online entry process you will be asked to upload a word document outlining your entry. The word counts for these are
• Media 750 words max Digital 500 words max
• We won’t disqualify entrants who exceed the word count but please keep your entries snappy and to the point and try not to submit war and peace length entries.
• Where possible use the following sub headings -
• Introduction & Objectives
• Strategy, Planning & Research
• Action & Implementation
• Results
• Summary
• Please also include a brief outline of the budget for this campaign. Please note that this information will be treated confidentially and is only relevant for the judges.
• Remember that Fresh places particular emphasis on creativity and innovation and this is what the judges will be looking for
• Please save your document using the Entry Title before you upload it
• If you are entering more than one submission in any particular category please title accordingly
• Once you have completed your document and readied any support material (photographs, cuttings, promotional items etc) please log back into the site and click through to Enter Online. It is advisable to put all of the supporting information into one zip file to make the upload process easier.
• All digitally related entries must provide an accessible and live web address unless specifically a project where information can be emailed to Fresh. Contact Paula Kelsey for additional information - paula@freshawards.co.uk
• You can supply additional work on disks if preferred. These must be clearly labelled with your entry reference number and must arrive at Fresh no later than 10 July 2009. Your reference number will be issued once you have completed the entry.
• As you go through the online entry process you will be asked to upload this document and then any supporting material to accompany it. You do not need to re-title any of your support material and you can upload as much as you like (within reason!)
• Please note that the title of the entry you input when prompted will be the title that appears on the award and once you have input this title you will not be able to change it.
• Once you have completed the upload process you will be asked if you have any more entries to submit or if you would like to save your submission and complete it later.
• Only when you have finished uploading all of your entries do you have the option to move to the payment and completion page
• Each entry is charged at £50+vat. If you enter the same work into more than one category then you will be charged accordingly. I.e. The same work in two categories will be charged at £50x2 +vat.
• You can enter the same work in a maximum of three categories.
• Complete one entry payment form for all entries, either using the page included within this entry form, or download an A4 copy from the website. Online payment is encouraged but you can send a cheque into Fresh with any support material.
• Payment for All Entries in to The Fresh Awards must be made in advance of the judging and no later than Friday 31 July 2009. If the work you have entered has not been paid for by this date then it will be returned to you without going forward to the judging. You have two options for payment to ensure you meet the deadline. (1) Send a cheque payable to the Fresh Awards Ltd along with your work and the appropriate summary form. (2) Use the link button and pay online using our secure payment system. Whether you choose to pay by cheque or online, you can access your account at anytime to download an invoice or a receipt.
• You will be sent a confirmation email detailing your entries and a full vat receipt if you have paid online and this email will include a reference number for each entry.
• Please note that once payment is made you will not be able to amend any entries or delete them so do ensure you are happy with your submissions before completing payment.
• Please note that entrants from the R.O.I. will be charged in sterling.
• You will be asked to make an online payment for the Fresh Awards but if you are seeking an alternative way to pay, please email paula@freshawards.co.uk
