ENTRY RULES AND CONDITIONS
Please take a quick minute to read the rules!
- Entry is open to everyone – be they individuals or organisations in the United Kingdom and Republic or Ireland, with the exception of all organisations based within the M25.
- The qualifying period for entries is 29 September 2007 to 26 September 2008 and the deadline is the deadline. You can plead and beg but it wont make any difference this year and bribes won’t work either!
- By entering you are declaring that your work has been published, transmitted, displayed etc during the qualifying period If any entry falls outside of this period, or fails to be verified upon request, it will be automatically disqualified without refund
- All entries must comply with the British codes of Advertising & Sales Promotion
as detailed by the ASA. Any entry with an upheld complaint against it will be disqualified without a refund
- No more than three examples of any one execution can be submitted to Fresh,
and each submission will be treated as a separate entry requiring separate payment
- Where requested, you will need to supply discs or actual examples of work.
- Upon submission of all entries, you will receive a summary detailing your entries and an invoice/receipt.
- Each entry either individual or campaign will be charged at £95.00+vat
- The judge’s will have the right to move entries between categories if they feel
that an entry has been submitted into an inappropriate category
- No correspondence will be entered into following the judging
- No entries will be returned.
Additional Details for Entries
- All entries must be accompanied (Via an upload) by a maximum of a one page summary (max 500 words) outlining key information about the project – ie The Brief, Interpretation, Activity and Results. Keep it simple and to the point please.
- Where entries are for individuals or teams, again please supply by a one page 500 words max, uploaded summary using the following headings – Who? What? & most importantly Why?
- All entries must provide an accessible and live web address unless specifically a project where information can be emailed to Fresh. Contact Paula Kelsey for additional information - paula@freshawards.co.uk
- Websites should be accessible online or should be delivered on CD
- If you have additional support items that relate to your campaign you can send them to Fresh (detailed with the appropriate reference number as detailed on your entry) by the closing date and we will ensure the judges see all support when live judging takes place in October.
